Plans, billing & the 30-day guarantee
What each plan includes, what counts against it, and exactly what happens if you cancel. No surprises is the whole point.
The plans
| Plan | Price | Submitters | Pages / month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $97/mo | 1 (you) | 10 |
| Crew — most popular | $149/mo | up to 3 | 30 |
| Company | $197/mo | up to 10 | 60 |
Every plan does the whole job: publishing to your website, the automatic Facebook / Instagram / Google Business Profile posting, updates by text, and every accuracy check we have. Plans differ only in who can text jobs in and how many pages you publish a month. Full details on the pricing page.
What counts as a "page"?
A page you approved and published — a job page, a listing, or a showcase page. Drafts you never approve don't count. Updates to an already-published page (the UPDATE flow) revise that page; they don't burn a new one.
What's a "submitter"?
A phone number allowed to text jobs in — registered during onboarding. Submitters send photos; your designated approver replies publish. Adding a crew member's phone is a quick call or email to us; it has to be registered or the system ignores the texts (that's a safety feature, not a bug).
Annual billing
Optional, and it's two months free: pay for 10 months, get 12 — Solo $970/yr, Crew $1,490/yr, Company $1,970/yr. Monthly is month-to-month with no contract.
The 30-day money-back guarantee
If you cancel later
- Billing stops at the end of your current period.
- Your pages stay. They were published to your own website, under your name — there's nothing to export and nothing we take back.
- Your dedicated number stops accepting new jobs; the live pages keep working.
Changing plans
Outgrew Solo mid-month? Call or email and we'll switch you — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at your next renewal. Need more than 10 submitters or 60 pages, or you run sites for clients? That's agency territory: agency licensing starts at $240/mo.
