Help / Automatic social posting
Approve once. It's everywhere.
When social posting is on, the page you approve doesn't just go on your website — it posts to your connected Facebook page, Instagram, and Google Business Profile too, photos included, right after you approve.
What actually gets posted
- The words you already approved. The caption is the page's headline and description — the exact text you reviewed — plus a link to the page and your hashtags. Nothing is rewritten between your approval and the post.
- The job's photos (up to 4).
- A link to the new page on your website.

The same safety rules apply
- No new writing. There's no second AI step — the caption can only contain what already passed your review.
- Compliance is re-checked. Before posting, the caption is run against your business rules one more time. If anything trips, the share is skipped — and your page still publishes normally.
- Social can't break your website. If a social network is down or a post fails, the page is live anyway. Some channels ask for a manual confirmation — those posts land as ready-to-send drafts in your social planner.
How to turn it on
- Connect your accounts. Your Facebook page, Instagram, and Google Business Profile get connected once, in the social planner your account manager uses.
- Say the word. Ask whoever manages your TextAPage account to switch on social posting and set your hashtags.
- Keep doing what you do. Text jobs in, reply publish. The socials take care of themselves.
Good to know
- It's optional. Social posting is off until you ask for it, and your website works exactly the same either way.
- Pick your hashtags once. They're added to every post automatically — your town, your trade, your brand.
- Every post links back to your site. The post is the hook; your website is where the proof lives.
